Today = £600 loss.

Okay, here's where we accept a dose of real world
professional-betting reality.  Never fool yourself into
thinking that ANY method gives you guaranteed profits
every single day.  I had losses today, just the same as
I've had losses on other days of this demo.  Just today
they happened all to come together instead of being spread
out. 

One of those losers came from breaking my own rules.
Smacked my own wrist.  Won't do that again!

Just remember the trend over the week is up, up, up.

When this kind of thing happens, the best action is to just
switch off the computer and go and do something else.
Tomorrow, with a fresh mind, you can be back on track
